Über das Gehalt lacht sich halt jeder Lehrer schlapp. :s
Das sind meist FWW Kanzleien. Dass dort die Partner netto weit über A13/A14 liegen, ist wohl auch eher Wunschdenken.
Naja, geht ne. Wieviel Fälle a Streitwert von 4-5k braucht man denn um nach RVG auf 8k Brutto (ca. 4k netto) zu kommen? Ich sags dir: ca. 8. Wenn man noch ne Sekretärin etc hat und kostendeckend arbeiten will vllt das Doppelte. 16 Fälle pro Monat in ner FWW Kanzlei sollte machbar sein
. Wenn man Stundensätze abrechnet (auch das ist in vielen FFW Standard) lacht die Brieftasche noch mehr...
