Frag nach einem Feedback. Das kann auch an deinem Auftreten im Vorstellungsgespräch etc. liegen. Und dann würde ich es woanders versuchen.
Dass denen deine Nase nicht passt oder sie befürchten, du würdest nicht der justizverwaltung die Füße küssen, werden sie nicht sagen. V.a. letzteres ist nicht unwahrscheinlich. So wirklich unabhängige Richter will man nämlich gar nicht haben.
Den letzten Satz kann ich nur unterschreiben.
