Exakt. Zudem idealerweise ein "roter Faden" im Lebenslauf, also eine erste Spezialisierung auf und Interesse an einem bestimmten Rechtsgebiet. Zudem je nach Job z.T. auch Englischkenntnisse oder z.B. wirtschaftliche Kenntnisse (Klassiker bei uns im Bewerbungsgespräch: "Können Sie eine Bilanz lesen?").
