Mir wurden 100.000 zum Einstieg geboten. Bei 1750 Billables als Vorgabe finde ich das nicht gerade angemessen im Marktvergleich.
Wird das Gehalt dort tatsächlich einzeln ausgehandelt und nicht für jeden gleichmäßig erhöht? Finde ich sehr unwahrscheinlich
