Danke für die gute Unterhaltung.

Zum Thema: jeder soll mitnehmen wen er/sie will, solange nicht die Gesetze und Brotbox mit ins Gericht getragen wird, ist doch alles gut.

Außerdem gib es doch die schöne Tradition des “Abholens”. Oder gibt es das in NRW nicht?

Ich persönlich hatte meine mum als Bring- und Abholservice zu den Klausuren. Der Stress vom Examen (Existenzangst) ist null mit dem Stress im späteren Berufsleben vergleichbar. Nur weil man eine mündliche Verhandlung vergeigt, verliert man schließlich nicht seine Zulassung. Allenfalls Haftungsfall. Im Fall von Richtern außer ner schlechten dienstl. Bewertung/ spätere Aufhebung keine Konsequenzen.

Also mündliche Prüfungen =/= späteres Berufsleben
