Wie ist das bei Jura?Da gibt es keine klare Linie. Manche Profs geben sehr regelmäßig das summa. Andere geben diese Note nur bei wirklich herausragenden Arbeiten an Kandidaten mit Potential zur Habilitation. In jedem Fall ist - um es mit dem in diesem Forum bekannteren Notensystem zu vergleichen - ein gut oder gar sehr gut im Examen deutlich seltener als ein summa.
