Ich würde im ZivilR das examensrelevanteste (SchuldR, MietR, DeliktsR usw.) mit alten Unterlagen lernen. Genauso bei StrafR und ÖR und zusätzlich mir die Seminare von Kaiser anhören. Das ist wohl die sinnvollste und effektivste Methode.
Alternativ kann man das materielle Recht auch mit dünnen Basic Skripten abarbeiten. So hat man dann viel Zeit für ProzessR und Klausurenschreiben und kann sich da mit etwas mehr Entspanntheit einen Plan entwickeln und sich kontinuierlich verbessern.
Finde ich irgendwie nur bedingt sinnvoll, da es den Großteil der Punkte am Ende doch aufs materielle Recht gibt.
