Warum ist die Stimmung mies, warum gibt es keine Karrierechancen und was heißt Marktspitze?
Bin nicht der User aber: Keine Karrierechancen, weil die kleinen US-Buden so gut wie keine deutschen Partner aus den eigenen Reihen ernennen. Stimmung ist wahrscheinlich mies, weil es keine Karrierechancen gibt und eben sehr viel gearbeitet wird.
Zum Gehalt, bewirb dich, dann bekommst du ein Angebot mit Gehalt ;) wird wahrscheinlich im Bereich 120-140 liegen.
