Pro: es ist alles super nah. Wolkenkratzer neben Wohnvierteln. Erstaunlich viele Parks / Grünflächen. Mega viel essen ( und eben alles innerhalb von 20min zu Fuß oder 5min mit dem Rad zu ererichen, selbst wenn man ganz am Rand der Innenstadt wohnt)
Contra: es ist eine GK, Banker, IB, Bubble, die einem irgendwann nervt. Alles ist etwas teurer. Kein Ort für eine Familie. Bahnhofsviertel als schlimmstes Elendsviertel in Deutschland.
