Wann findet man als Berufseinsteiger Zeit für Sport?
Vor allem in der GK ist man von 9 bis 20/21 Uhr am Arbeitsplatz.
Sportarten, die in der Gruppe praktiziert werden, sind somit kaum mehr möglich, außer vielleicht am Wochenende.
Bleibt also eigentlich nur das Fitnessstudio. Aber wann? 07:30 bis 08:30 oder 21:00 bis 22:00? Oder in der Mittagspause statt etwas zu essen?
Wochenende, früh morgens, spät abends. Sind halt nicht mehr in der Schule, wo wir erst um 12 Uhr in der Mittagspause zusammen turnen und uns nachmittags dann noch zum Ball spielen treffen.
Hat ja nichts mit Schule zu tun, wenn man bisher z.B. eine Mannschaftssportart betrieben hat, für die eben nicht individuell trainiert werden kann.
